Enabling Real-Time Media in Kubernetes

This keynote explores how Kubernetes can be extended to support real-time media applications, which have unique requirements for low latency and minimal jitter. The presentation introduces Media Streaming Mesh, an open-source project designed to address these challenges by deploying real-time media proxies within Kubernetes clusters. It details a separated control plane and data plane architecture for efficiently distributing video feeds to downstream applications.
